Returns Policy

RETURNING CLOTHING

  • all goods purchased in our online store, which have not been customised according to the buyer's wishes, can be returned within 14 days of receipt - returned goods must be in a resalable condition (must not be washed, worn, or damaged)
  • send the unsatisfactory goods to us along with a copy of the invoice to the address provided in the Claims Form, which you can print HERE
  • if the goods, including the original tag and packaging, are in order, i.e., without any obvious signs of wear or damage, we will promptly send the purchase price of the goods to the account you provided; otherwise, we will have to reduce the refunded amount by the costs of restoring the product to its original state
  • the customer bears the postage costs associated with returning the goods

EXCHANGING CLOTHING (need a different size, colour,...)

  • you need to return the unsuitable clothing (see RETURNING CLOTHING)
  • create a new order

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS (manufacturing defects of clothing)

  • any claims will be resolved to your satisfaction through an individual agreement with you and in accordance with the applicable legal regulations
  • a warranty is provided on all goods offered by us within the statutory period
  • send the claimed goods to us along with a copy of the invoice to the address provided in the Claims Form, which you can print HERE
  • you will be informed of the resolution of the claim (repair/refund) as soon as possible
  • THE RIGHT TO CLAIM DOES NOT APPLY TO: wear and tear of goods due to the nature of regular use, wear over time, and damage to goods from unusual use or damage caused by the user (inappropriate washing method, etc.)
  • if your claim is assessed as unjustified, the goods will be returned to you by cash on delivery at your expense
